About Us

Permian Residential Care Center is a full service, state of the art, short-term skilled care and long term care facility. We provide a personalized, interdisciplinary approach to our resident's care promoting well-being and quality of life.

Our beautiful facility, built in 2004, consists of 90 beds in comfortable, roomy, semi-private or private suites. It includes a spacious courtyard with a fountain and an aviary for bird lovers.
